Receptionist/Administrative Assistant 

We help families AVOID COURT AND CONFLICT to create lasting legacies. Our law firm is growing rapidly, and we need a support staff superstar to help our attorney, staff, and clients so we can keep saving families from the pain of probate!

 When people call us for help, they're often confused and intimidated by the legal process and documents. Our Office Assistant will provide our clients and potential clients with the ultimate customer service experience. Additionally, our firm is growing fast, and our firm needs someone who has their back and takes care of critical admin duties to keep the business moving!

 We believe in putting family first for our clients. We show this same priority to our employees by offering 4 day workweeks or every other Friday off. 

 This important position involves administrative duties related to reception, customer service, client intake, client retention, and direct attorney support.

 You must have experience with

·       Answering phones, asking questions to get to the root of the problem

·       Customer service and client care

·       Managing multiple calendars and keeping schedules for more than one person

·       Task management, tracking deadlines

·       Following written instructions and checklists

·       Managing the lobby & conference rooms

·       Copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing)

·       Data entry using common web-based formats

·       Word processing (using MS Word)

·       Email (using Gmail)

·       Dropbox or similar web-based file storage solutions

·       Using basic office equipment (MacBook, scanner, copy machine, etc.)

 Previous experience as an assistant in a professional or office setting is required. Legal experience is a plus.

 We need you full-time job, so you MUST be able to work *in our Rolla office* for 40 hours per week. During the first 30 days of employment the pay is $19/hour, with opportunities for increase after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for outstanding performance and meeting established goals and milestones.

Seeking a Part-Time File Clerk

Do you want to help add peace of mind for our clients while building your resume? We are an entrepreneurial estate planning law firm that is on track for aggressive growth and we need a file clerk to join our team and work directly with the owner/attorney to support the team and help our clients.

 We help our clients put plans in place to avoid court and conflict while building the legacy they desire.  We are growing fast, and we need a file clerk who can hit the ground running.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

·      Serving as witnesses to our clients’ signing ceremonies,

·      Supporting the owner by running office errands,

·      Organizing files, copying, and scanning to ensure the law firm has full and accurate copies of all the important documents, and

·      Making phone calls to confirm client appointments and/or information. 

 These tasks are some of the most important to our firm because they ensure that our clients feel supported and heard.  They also make sure that we are organized and armed with the information we need to assist clients to give them peace of mind when a loved one becomes ill or passes away.

This is a part-time job where you will be expected to show up for your scheduled shifts, so you absolutely must be able to work in our office in Rolla for 10-20 hours per week. The pay will be $16-18/hour, with opportunities for increase after that. There is an opportunity for additional work for those that demonstrate their competency and a strong work ethic.
